Halloween Museum for the First
Prize winner? No, we can't get you to West Virginia, but if you
want a unique and eerie vacation, this is the place. The
curator, Pamela Apkarian-Russell, will be happy to give the winner (and
three accomplices) a two-hour tour explaining the social
history behind some of the 35,000 vintage Halloween items at
the museum. Pamela is known as the "Halloween Queen" for a reason.

This was a Special Edition of The VIC Pictorial,
to announce our "Witch Crafts" Creative Challenge for August.
We are really excited to have three celebrity judges this
time; Berta Feige (our June winner), Justine Frederick (our May
winner), and Roni Johnson (just a general winner).
In our next issue, we'll be giving your some craft ideas that will put
