Easter Frolic

by Lynn Polochock
(Sodus, NY, USA)

Lynn Polochock: I started out with a plain chipboard box from a local craft store. I then chose a few vintage images of bunnies and chicks from a large collection I have on my computer that I've gathered over the last few years (and VIC, of course!)

Each image is backed with white glitter paper for stability. They are glued on the box top, which has been painted green and covered with green excelsior grass. It is also embellished with faux berries, silk flowers, tiny speckled eggs, and ribbon.

The bottom of the box is painted a dusty pink and is trimmed with a pretty pastel fabric trim. It is then filled with pastel green paper shreds and is all ready to be filled with Easter treats!
